After an amazing season of directing races, we took off for Cappadocia, Turkey to participate in one of the most scenic races we have ever experienced.
Salmon Ultra Trail Cappadocia features distances of 119K, 63K and 38K in the recognizable region of fairy chimneys and hot air balloons.
Our 38K was full of oohs and ahhs around every corner, we might has well turned off our Garmins as time was our least concern.
Listen in as we cover every aspect of the race from registration to post race meal.

In this double feature, Norman and Jodi take you down memory lane; recapping all of the memories from 10 years of Chase the Coyote Trail Race in Mono, Ontario.
It was the first race they ever directed and they reminisce about the early days up to the very last finisher....
Neil Baird started running in his early sixties but he didn't waste any time getting up to the ultra distance. From a 5K run clinic in 2017 to a 50K trail race in 2022, his rise to ultra is no small feat.
He is proof that it's never too late to start. Although he is built for sports where height is a benefit (he is 6'6"), he didn't play team sports growing up as he felt he was too clumsy.
In this episode, we chat with Neil about completing all of the distances at Chase The Coyote event starting with the 12k, then the 25k and finally the 50k. He holds the title of the final finisher at the very last running of the event.

She decided to up her game to a 200 miler to celebrate her 50th birthday and what transpired is the focus of our chat with her. We chat about all this and her big win at Bigfoot 200.
